Vistech Corporation is a leading designer and manufacturer of  turnkey machine vision systems for the worldwide semiconductor industry.         

Spun off from Texas Instruments in 1991 and with extensive experience in groundbreaking machine vision research and development, Vistech is based in Dallas area High Technology City -- Richardson, Texas (USA), and has other offices in Malaysia, Taiwan and China.

Vistech engineers have been at the forefront of developing such industry innovations as in-tape Marking and Lead Inspection, 5 Side 3D Lead Inspection, Surface(Package) inspection. Today Vistech, having deployed more than 1,600 systems worldwide. Today, Vistech is continuing to refine its technology and to develop new and innovative machhine vision systems.

Vistech Milestones

Vistech and Texas Instructments:

1987: First marking inspection installed at Texas Instrument (TI).

1988: Lead inspection added to in-tape systems. 

1988: Name the in-tape inspection system with marking and lead 

          inspection as MARQ. 

Vistech: 

1991: Vistech is formed with purchase of MARQ from 

           Texas Instrument (TI).

1992: Vistech MARQ installed in Texas Instrument in Malaysia and

          Texas Instrument Taiwan.

1998: Vistech systems goes into China, Hong Kong.

2001: Surface (package) inspection system is introduced.

2002: 3D inspection system is introduced.

2006: Cooper exposure system is introduced.

2007-

2019: 5SLead+5SSurface+5SCopper+Pickup+InTape for all type of devices.
